This is really inspiring. I do believe there are ways we can reconnect and connect both on and offline. Substack has felt like a lifted space comparatively. I am very new here, but I understand as a holistic practitioner and someone going through odd pains that are undiagnosed, I get the shame around speaking up. I do hope you find all the healing that helps you. You deserve space for you.
